Master in Energy Storage is a two year joint program delivered by 4 European universities. The program focuses on sustainable energy and energy storage by helping students attain knowledge in engineering skills, business, entrepreneurship and innovation. The program enables students to become experts in a wide range of energy conversion and storage technologies (electrochemical, thermal, thermos mechanical, thermochemical, hydropower) as well as specialize in stationary applications or electric mobility.

The demand for distributed renewable energy has increased through the world and the market is expected to grow exponentially in the next few years. In Europe alone, battery represents a €250 billion opportunity today and will create more than 100,000 new jobs every year starting 2020. Specialists in energy storage will drive global energy transition in the 21st century as it is the fastest-growing, industry-critical markets our time.

Master in Energy Storage description

Master in Energy Storage students study in an international environment sharing a common vision to address the emerging challenges related to energy storage. Students get the chance to develop their skills by interdisciplinary courses, industrial internships, real world case studies, field trips, project work, and exposure to InnoEnergy network including European Battery Alliance. Graduates receive double degrees from two of the following universities:
